Exceptional Service from Pat!

Pat came out to our home late last night when our AC suddenly stopped working and the house had climbed to 87 degrees. We were especially worried about our two dogs in the heat. Pat was out there for about 5min troubleshooting and discovered that the motor had gone out. He didn’t just leave us hanging—he was out there for another hr and he installed a temporary fix on the spot so we wouldn’t have to worry about it giving out again overnight.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. He also worked with us to get the replacement part ordered and will be coming back to install it. Pat truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for his dedication and care. Highly recommend! Wayne Keith did an excellent job. He recognized the problem and fixed it right away. In the future, if I have to have any Rescue One Air service, I want to have Wayne Keith come to my house.
