Honestly I could not be happier with this company. We called late at night because our A/C had shut off. Sooooo many other companies either didn’t answer or couldn’t come out for days, which is fair because it’s the middle of summer in AZ! But not Rescue One. They were able to come out early the next morning and the technician, Jim, was as nice as could be! It turned out to be electrical and he didn’t even charge us. He gave us great advice and we were able to get the breaker changed out and the unit back running. He was so nice that we called him back out to do a once-over because it seemed to be working way too hard. He came out the following day and did such a thorough job of telling us what was going on and gave us lots of options. Rescue One responds very quickly when we have an issue. They sent a tech out within hours. Josh did a great job checking out our AC system. We researched companies and decided to go with Rescue One Air - they merged with cw air conditioning which is how we found them because they had great reviews on social media.

Jacob was our first experience who said he trained with CW and he was outstanding. But then we had Randy sent out the following week when our second one went out. A little disappointed that we couldn’t get the other tech again but we couldn’t believe that Randy was outstanding too! We ended up having 3 units replaced a few weeks ago and couldn’t have had a better experience. Jacob and Randy came out on separate occasions- they both were honest and helpful. Never pushed to sell - just gave options and answered all the questions we had - and we had a lot of questions. In the end, we decided to go and replace all 3 of our units.
