Camp Reinvention

The format is great, with unlimited access to the recorded sessions and transcripts. Both formats are appreciated. There is enough space in the workbook to ponder at least one more project.

Disappointed in the superficial and canned responses by the leaders. A specific example that applies to me, when we asked to do one thing to make a change,I said I was cresting an alternative email to handle overwhelming requests by folks and my inability to set boundaries. Rather than pushing me to step back and focus on why I am comfortable saying no, or bringing me back to the concept of should than want to fi, or even asking if monitoring another email was moving in the right direction , they moved on. No constructive feedback at all. I have seem similar responses yo other cohort members.

Wendy and Dana are great but I don’t think the program offered me what I expected or needed. Perhaps the content is laying a seed that I will use later on; but I found myself thinking every week that I didn’t learn much. In hindsight; I was really struggling with if I wanted to drop $1000 for this program and sadly, I do not think it was worth the money for me. I don’t have any real complaints, I am just not sure that it was helpful to me at all. I made sure I didn’t miss a call in case that week was the week that this program was going to make the difference. But we are 10 weeks in to the 12 weeks program so I don’t expect to get more out of it.
