Disappointed in the superficial and canned responses by the leaders. A specific example that applies to me, when we asked to do one thing to make a change,I said I was cresting an alternative email to handle overwhelming requests by folks and my inability to set boundaries. Rather than pushing me to step back and focus on why I am comfortable saying no, or bringing me back to the concept of should than want to fi, or even asking if monitoring another email was moving in the right direction , they moved on. No constructive feedback at all. I have seem similar responses yo other cohort members.
