Regal Auto Wash and Detail

Got into car wash and found out can’t get full service wash. I only came here because I wanted interior clean also. Paid for ultimate wash. You drive thru and out the other end. No one wiping down cars. Drive right out door. This should be shared BEFORE you get into the building. First time there and the LAST time there. And didn’t even get all bugs of windshield. Go elsewhere.

After 2 years I went back. I stopped going there for the bad service. Still bad service. I went in one more time and find out that there was no full car wash. Only by appointment. There was no sign outside to let the driver know that there was no Full Service. I paid a lot for nothing. Fleet Farm has a better wash for $11.00. The bird and insects residues were still there after the wash. I waisted $15.00.
Bad, Bad, Bad.....

Today, 5/7/21 I used a Groupon for interior detailing. When I picked up my car I noticed several things that had not even been completed such as vacuuming!! They did not wipe the interior door frames at all. I asked them to come outside to see what had not been completed and the employees were rude and non-accommodating. Told me to reschedule for another time to come back to have these things taken care. When I asked for a manager, I was told no, he's not here.
I don't even live in Hudson, I sat there for over 2 hours and my detailing was not even completed! Never will go back.
