Cody and the team at REFF are absolutely worth their weight in gold.

I applied their principles where I live (Toronto, Canada) and recently closed a number of quality deals that are going to be worth well over $100,000 in a matter of weeks.
Their principles (both figuratively and metaphorically speaking) are solid. They give quality advice that I think everyone would be well-advised to take.
The weekly calls are an especially abundant source of know-how and now Cody's Tuesday evening FB live-streams are an additional bonus.

Again, I don't think it matters which country you're in as Cody's step-by-step program can help anyone, anywhere.
