When it became apparent that our house had to be sold, I did not know where to start. I reached out to a company based on a referral in July 2023 and unfortunately there was barely any foot traffic and no offers. There were at least four or more homes for sale in my neighborhood. I was told that it wasn’t a seller’s market and the rates were too high and that was the reason why our house was not selling. I noticed only one house sold on my street but after that, no one was coming to view not only my house but my neighbors had the same issues. I realized it was now November and still no changes even after dropping the price.
