A top notch real estate firm! Is the best way I can describe this company. I made the selection after being referred by my long time realtor in Maryland. I was selling a formerly family occupied home, which had been converted to a rental property over the past 10 years. I live in Maryland and had tried unsuccessfully to sell the home previously and had a very bad experience with a former realtor. I met with Kelvin and April Reed in January 2024 for the first time and they walked in and out of the home and took pictures. Shortly thereafter they obtained several inspections to assess the condition of the home. When it became apparent that our house had to be sold, I did not know where to start. I reached out to a company based on a referral in July 2023 and unfortunately there was barely any foot traffic and no offers. There were at least four or more homes for sale in my neighborhood. I was told that it wasn’t a seller’s market and the rates were too high and that was the reason why our house was not selling.
