My husband and I were first time home buyers. We were not fully aware of the processes of buying a house and how much money we would need for the house that we wanted for our family. Kelvin and April Reed took us step by step on what we should expect and how much money we would need to start out before we started looking at houses. This made everything so much easier and I was not confused or blindsided every time we had to pay for the necessary services for example: (home inspection).
