They let me fallow them around during the inspection and let me know exactly what issues they were seeing and explained their concerns. They also have some great warranties, and great resources to help make the home buying and owning experience much easier. Red and Green inspections provided a very detailed inspection of a house my wife and I are interested in purchasing. Jo was very thorough. He reviewed the condition of the roof, exterior, and interior of the home. Took pictures of everything he found and documented the specifics as to what was wrong. The inspection was done in early evening and the report was completed by the next morning. The issues which were found were broken down by area and summarized at the end of the report into the issues which are marginal, defective, and safety issues making it easy to review with the seller on what needs to be resolved and how critical it is. They also offer a number of extras with the inspection such as working with you to turn on the utilities.
