I could have bought all of the chocolate in every store in New Mexico for the cost in repairs they have costed me. Who cares that they bring the buyers and Realtors chocolate to bribe them to spread their name? An honest, thorough inspection would be best.

They told me there was no dry rot. It is literally EVERYWHERE. Ive been trying to get ahold of them since I bought the house. They will not return calls. I have had electrical issues, plumbing issues....these I took care of myself.
I found the massive dry rot alone less than a year after closing. It is so distressing.

I was never compensated. The official documents show that they said that there was no dry rot. They told me there was no dry rot. They have been refusing to return calls for 6 months or longer. Read more >

These guys were great! They were very timely, polite, efficient, thorough, and impartial, which is everything I would hope for in a home inspection company. They explained everything to me on site, and also provided a detailed report, within 24 hours. I'm not thrilled with everything they found wrong with the place I'm interested in, but I AM thrilled that they found it all! I feel like I truly have as much of a complete picture of the property and its issues as is possible, in order to be able to make informed decisions going forward.
