We used this company in October 2020 for a house we were buying. They had great reviews and our realtor said they did good work. When we arrived at the house, they were already working. We noticed they weren’t wearing masks, and when we asked about that- they said they do not wear masks while on the job. This was a little disconcerting, as it’s a pandemic. We waited outside while they did their inspection. When they went to review the details with us at the end, we asked if they would wear a mask, our realtor offered them disposable masks, and we stated our child was immunocompromised. They still refused and stood there waiting for us to decide what to do next. While their report was thorough, the customer service part was highly frustrating. We will not be using them in the future, not will we recommend. Our lesson learned? We now ask every single company we call about their mask... Read more >
