We cannot express our gratitude for BRITTNEY RUIZ. Like many of us. we were not prepared at the time of our loved ones passing. We called 4 other homes before getting in touch with her. Her true Passion, Empathy, Patience, Compassion and Care was truly felt through a simple phone call. All others rushed the call or didnt seem interested in answering all the questions we had. After An hr of being on the phone with Brittney we knew we found the home for my mother in law. She went above and beyond for our family in the time we needed it the most. The most beautiful thing was knowing she was also the one who styled and dressed her right before her last viewing. Brittney the family and myself cannot express our gratitude ENOUGH for how thankful we are to have crossed your path and been able to be taken care of by you and your Home. Red Mountain and McClaine and the entire staff were beyond incredible. Our situation was special as our relative was from Mexico. They expedited the cremation and were very compassionate with all of our requests. On behalf of the Aguirre Campa Family thank you all.

There’s nothing easy about losing a loved one. Yet as far as end of life arrangements go, Red Mountain made this part easy for me. All their paperwork can be done electronically which is very convenient. I selected the family good bye followed by cremation for $1495. The total came to around $2000 with shipping of cremated remains to another state, transportation from the hospital to the funeral home, and death certificates. I would recommend their services.

During some of the worst times in a persons life is when people need love and compassion the most. Especially when the OME is involved. When we found out our sister passed, getting her to a funeral home was my first priority. After calling around the valley, I came across Red Mountain Funeral Home. Brittany and Diana were fantastic. They provided all the information I needed to make sound and informed decisions regarding my sister. They were delicate in the manner they discussed the details in her death, patient as we worked together as a family to make decisions, and most importantly, they honored and cared for my sister in a way that I didn't realized I needed.
