RedFish Inspections

Redfish has now done two inspections for us. We put a contract on a house and had RedFish do the inspection. The owner, Will, told us the house had been well cared for but that we should get a stucco and brick specialist to look at the house because of proper installation of the rock trim on the part of the builder. We did, and it turns out that there had been leaking in two large areas and a major repair was required to adequately fix the issue. The owners refused to fix the problem, and we terminated the contract during the dscovery phase.

We are thankful for Will's expertise and advice. We were saved from a great deal of stress and the loss of thousands ($20,000+)
in repair costs by this inspection.
