We are fully-licensed community care clinics providing well woman care including: pap smears, cervical cancer screenings, and breast exams. We also provide STD testing and treatment, pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, pre-termination screenings, prenatal care, abortion pill reversal treatment, optimal health coaching, and referrals.

First of, I want to commend everyone who is working in RealOptions Obria Medical Clinic San Jose. You guys are amazing, very supportive and caring. I appreciate the calls every week & the birth class. Í can’t mention all your names here. We had been looking for over a month to be seen in for our prenatal care and thank God we found u that has open appointment slots, for first time parents like us your team is so nice. I really do recommend this spot. They were so nice so welcoming their step-by-step process of talking to someone really is sweet. They make you feel so welcomed and so comfortable to speak your mind plus they gave me a bunch of sonogram pictures of my baby which was so nice so some clinics only give you one picture.
