So grateful I came across this clinic! My husband and I have just moved to California from London and are waiting for our insurance to be set up. I’m currently nearly 7 weeks pregnant and due to a previous loss I wanted to get an early scan. We couldn’t believe how reasonable the clinic is in terms of price - everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Our nurse Rebecca was exceptional and very professional. I had such a positive experience at RealOptions Clinic and felt truly cared for from the moment I walked in. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate—they made me feel safe and supported during a time when I really needed it.

What stood out the most was how they went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t have insurance, and they took the time to guide me through getting temporary coverage so I could receive the care I needed without added stress. They explained everything clearly and never made me feel judged or rushed.
