Real Options Medical Center is just amazing. My husband and I were definitely not planning on getting pregnant, and most of all, we weren’t financially prepared. Real Options didn’t require anything from us (no applying, no proving our financial status, no proving our citizenship…), but was there for us every step of the way. I got a free pregnancy test and ultrasound right away, and that was necessary for me to get on Medi-Cal (the nurse made up a written statement to authenticate my pregnancy for Medi-Cal). The ultrasounds were so special. It was such a treat to be able to see our son as such a young age, especially when we didn’t have the money for that kind of a luxury. Real Options Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Center in San Jose is friendly, clean, peaceful, professional, great, and a very positive environment :-) I was pretty depressed with nowhere to turn when i found them on Google and called. The woman who answered the phone was very understanding and welcoming. I felt at ease and they did not judge me.
