Real Options Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Center is just amazing. My husband and I were definitely not planning on getting pregnant, and most of all, we weren’t financially prepared. Real Options didn’t require anything from us (no applying, no proving our financial status, no proving our citizenship…), but was there for us every step of the way. I got a free pregnancy test and ultrasound right away, and that was necessary for me to get on Medi-Cal (the nurse made up a written statement to authenticate my pregnancy for Medi-Cal). The ultrasounds were so special. It was such a treat to be able to see our son as such a young age, especially when we didn’t have the money for that kind of a luxury. They were there for us no matter what decision we wanted to make about our pregnancy. They gave us free parenting and birthing classes, which included a whole lot of free baby...

Every one was so helpful and knowledgeble very nice made me feel welcomed and answered all of my concerns I loved it here highly recommend it to all woman.

I am so glad to find this place..It was suggested by one of my friend as i was not having insurance and wanted to confirm my pregnancy..when i went there the staff was very friendly and helpful, they patiently heard to my concerns and did my scan to confirm my pregnancy and this service was absolutely free .The staff is so dedicated and pationate about helping their patients, they were constantly in touch with me to know how i was doing even after i got my insurance ..At the end of my pregnancy, they called me and gave me a layette of diapers, baby clothes and many other stuff that i would be needing to start off... I am greatful to them for their wonderful service and wish this review helps others who are in need.

This is a Christian organization that provides pregnancy care (pre-natal check-ups) for moms to be. This amazing group of admins, nurses and staff provide the very best service for moms to be. They are generous with their knowledge and their time. They genuinely care and want the very best for mom and baby. I would highly recommend Real Options for moms to be.
