I had a wonderful experience at Real options clinic at central location San Jose. From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the process seamless. Nurse was very attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly, addressing all my concerns. I felt like I was in good hands throughout my visit. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality medical care.

Booked an appointment here because Kaiser’s earliest available appointment was still weeks out and we were a bit anxious to get our first pregnancy checked out sooner rather than later. The staff were so nice and walked us through everything, and we got to do an ultrasound and see the baby’s heartbeat. We got resource packets as well, and they even let us choose a pair of hand knit baby boots when we left. 10/10 recommend!

I’m so glad I found RealOptions for my very first ultrasound and official pregnancy confirmation. At the time, I didn’t have insurance, and most clinics wouldn’t see me— and the few that did were far too expensive. Finding RealOptions was truly a blessing, and I’m so thankful I did.

She took her time with us, patiently answered everything, and even sat with us for over 30 minutes after the ultrasound to explain things in detail. The rest of the staff were just as warm, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. To top it off, they gave us a sweet little gift for the baby—a thoughtful gesture that made the visit...
