My husband and I are very pleased to rate TrueDoor Property Management company and its employees, in particular our experience with Amber Gallagher. She is professional and very courteous in explaining how she inspects the property to stay in compliance with California Health and Safety Codes. Her periodic evaluation walk through was done in a timely manner and answered all our questions.

I have been with the company for years. I am 2,000 miles away from my rental property but I never worry about anything because they have always taken great care of it.

Completely ripped me off during move out. Kept $2100 deposit. Total scam to make extra money. I emailed them that I'd get the carpets professionally cleaned, and all rooms cleaned by professional maid service. I even took pics & emailed them. Guess what? They still charged me for it. I left a Direct TV tripod in the garage as a favor for the next tenant, since the owner didn't want it drilled into stucco. RPM idiots charged me $395 for "garage waste disposal" ... During my move IN inspection, we noted 2 chipped tiles in kitchen... Guess what? They charged me to replace them when we moved out... Guess what?? After new tenants moved in, I revisited the condo (explained the tile story) and the tiles were still chipped. RPM operates as a slow con job and should be sued.

I’ve been out of the “renting” game for close to 25 plus years. Now that I’ve sold my home, I’m back in. To say the least, it’s changed a lot. More money, different procedures, the internet, etc…
True door and their employees have made my experience go a lot smoother.
The company has procedures and responsibilities that go from one person to another. Each person, Francis, Mary, Mahir, and others have done their part in making my experience smooth, stress free, and enjoyable.

TrueDoor made finding our new apartment easy and the application process painless, even though we were on a time crunch they helped expedite paperwork to ensure that we were able to get an idea of acceptance quickly (while we were sitting on another possible offer!)
