My second experience renting an apartment from a different company. Way a bit better than the last one. My move-in could have been better if the communication is there, but I know there are other customers/tenants who is also looking just like me. At least be more attentive to every single one especially the time limit you give them to have a response and not until the last minute. There is always room for improvement, but so far it's been great living here.

Jose has been keeping me informed throughout the restoration for a water damage issue that I had with my rental. I appreciate his responsiveness and diligence in making sure that things were moving along with the claim and the repairs.

I really appreciate TrueDoor. I had a serious mold problem that required a multitude of service specializations. Jose coordinate all the workmen required to fix the mold and restore the home. He has a very courteous, competent and thoughtful crew that do a great job.
