I just dealt with this company as a renter! They asked for 40 dollars per credit check. Very expensive. They are extremely rude and didn't even picked up the phone to tell me what was going on! Erik was extremely rude. As a business owner myself I know how important it is to have open communication with the client and to treat them professionally and with respect. This company does not act professional and they are pocketing credit checks I am sure of it! DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

Honest company! I've known the owners for years and they are very trustworthy.

These guys are great! I have been with them for years and never had any problems. I wish I owned more real property for them to manage! I will use them for years to come. I can't think of anything bad to say about them.

RPM did a terrible job managing our property. They claimed to do a comprehensive background check on perspective renters. The renters they selected for our property were later found to have been evicted from the house they rented just prior to ours. After a year they stopped paying rent and it took 3 months to evict the from our house. We ended up losing over $8000 in rent and several thousand more in repairs. All of this because RPM failed to perform the thorough background check that they promised.

The contractors selected by RPM also seemed very expensive and performed low quality work.

There are better companies out there, I recommend that you go with one of them

The garage door at the property we are currently renting broke on Thursday evening. I called RPM's service center on Friday morning. That afternoon, Viking Garage Door came out to view the unit and report a potential solution. Owner approval was secured within 24 hours and the work was completed on Monday. Mike with Viking Garage Door was extremely punctual with appointment times and professional in his dealings. Thank you for the help in fixing the door.

Real Property Management, RPM Coast, provided quality management on my rental in Fullerton at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for property management services.

I'm currently leasing with RPM Coast Management and so far I've been pleased with their service. I've mostly been in contact with Joon, and from the day I submitted my lease docs for review he has been responsive with answering all my questions and getting me approved as soon as possible. Soon after I moved in I had to submit two seperate service requests, and I was pleased with the quick turnaround time for response and completion. Everything just seems to be professional and very organized with them which makes everything a lot easier.

I've never used a management company before but so far RPM has been nice to work with. My emails are responded to quickly and Joon is really nice to work with. So far everything has been really convenient and smooth. I have no complaints.

I have recently contracted with RPM and so far there service has been very good. All the personnel that I have had contact with is very professional and does get back to me when there is a problem or concern.
Service calls have been minimal, but the ones that I have had to deal with have been covered by RPM's maintenance service quickly and professionally. Sometimes service quotes can be sometimes on the high end, but for the most part reasonable.

I look forward to continuing a relationship with RPM for all my rental needs.

Our beautiful home was in need of some adjustments. Real Property reached out to us in a timely manner and made sure to schedule a day to come out for repairs, without any scheduling hassles. They consistently keep in touch when
awaiting landlord approval for work.

Their repair man is a Godsend. He is professional, friendly, and has a solid work ethic. He makes sure that repairs are done right the first time so that no follow ups are needed. I also admire the fact that he is very detailistic and genuinely shows concern for his clients by asking questions and devoting sincere attention to all his tasks.

Renting can sometimes pose its challenges but Real Management Co. is working hard to ensure that its clients are satisfied and have a great experience.
