They charged me and my tenant $95 each for extending the lease for a year. They did not inform me they were charging my tenant to extend the lease, I found out by reviewing my docs. That was the last breach of confidence that caused me to terminate my contract with them.
Prior to this, RPM charged me several hundred dollars to place a new tenant in my 1/1 unit and over a thousand for painting and miscellaneous repairs. Upon reviewing that tenant's move-in sheet, the unit left with paint spots, broken light bulbs, and the had not been cleaned upon move in. Sub par for the $1500+ it took to get the new tenant in.
I switched to a competitor and found the other company to be much more thorough.
