Deanne Jordan was great when I moved here from out of state by ensuring I had access to my unit even though it was going to be after office hours. I can't say enough nice things about her or this company I also want to commend the maintenance team as well, they are very responsive in getting any issues taken care of - not that I have had many. Don't hesitate to rent with them, they're great!

Real Property Management is truly a great team of people. I work for Silva Electric and we are the electrical contractors for RPM. I can tell you first hand that they are highly dedicated to the well being of the people they serve, both property owners and tenants alike. RPM staff works together very well on the handling of work orders to ensure timely maintenance and repairs. It is rare to find a property management company that does not cut corners and drag their feet when it comes to the repair of someones home, but RPM is fantastic at ensuring professional service is performed. We have primarily dealt with Sandra Rogers, Mary and Jeff Macatangay. These 3 are very responsive professionals and make it easy to coordinate scheduling of repairs, invoice processing and other tasks.

I can say, without reservation, that RPM Coast does a great job managing my property and has always taken care of my needs. My renter recently broke his lease, but Bette and RPM Coast helped me find a wonderful new family to move in. I can sincerely recommend RPM Coast for all of your property management needs.

We just recently moved in and it all went seamless! Nick Nísperos and Caitlin Nguyen are fantastic! Nick answered all of our questions during and after we checked out the apartment. Caitlin kept in touch with us the entire way from application to signing of the lease. It’s always nerve wrecking to find the perfect place and have to wait but they made it so easy. We are all very happy & very thankful for their kindness and time. Not to mention the welcome home pizza they ordered for us during the move, excellent touch and greatly appreciate!
