Moved out a month ago, and while we loved the apartment, felt compelled to leave a review. Very rough experience on so many levels. Basic communication is poor, unless they want something, in which case they can be pushy. Otherwise, they wont return phone calls or emails, and you have to push for answers. Must also add, they’ve routinely stated a request was denied with “the owner didn’t approve”, but later when talking to the owner, discovered they never knew about the request. Maintenance can be like pulling teeth, unless it’s a legally bound repair. They even stated the dryer (which was completely broken) was only a luxury item, and wouldn’t be fixed…..yet they advertise open units as having “onsite washer and dryer”.

They also charge fees at every opportunity, so as a renter it feels like we getting continually squeezed. So after four years, it was refreshing to move...
