I would like to take a few minutes to express my feelings regarding this company. I am a contractor / vendor for this company and many other property management companies. I work hand in hand with all of the staff at Real Property Management Coast and they are all very pleasant to speak to on the phone. My main interaction comes from the property Maintenance and scheduling department (Sandra). Unlike other management companies that I work for I find that they are very organized and detailed. If you are a home owner and looking for their services they are not only prompt at dealing with tenant issues and repairs but they always make sure you are getting the best products and services for the best price. They also like to give the home owner all of the different options. Repair vs replace.

I had such a great experience with RPM. Caitlin was there every step of the way. What I loved most was there was always someone available to answer my questions and in a timely manner. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. The whole process was smooth and I would definitely recommend RPM!

Have had no worries with leasing my house or the repairs of my house. This is the BEST company!!! I live out of state, and have had nothing but GREAT interaction.
