I have been working with this property management company for some time now and would just like to take a moment to write about my experience. They are quick to respond to maintenance emergencies and give approvals in order to prevent or stop property damage which can be a big help for owners who are not available to respond quickly. This also helps keep any potential water damages to as minimum as possible as the cost can get large for these types of jobs. We appreciate working with them as a vendor and look forward to our continued partnership for the foreseeable future.

It is wonderful to have an honest, ethical property management company such as RPM Coast. The owners are responsible and believe in working for the benefit of all. Deanne Jordan is proactive and always ready to help as is Lane Kutik. Adriana Garcia is always prompt and efficient Bette Lloyd has always been helpful and friendly and is excellent in coordinating legal matters. Alisha Gutierrez was the best person in accounting I have ever worked with and I'm sorry she has been promoted so we no longer work together. Sandra Ruiz is wonderful at handling property maintenance and is always willing to help. Jessica McConnell is excellent at property management. What a great team that I would highly recommend.
