I have been a tenant of RPM renting units from a property in Laguna Beach for just over two years and while there has been ups and downs, I’ve had a very positive experience with most employees and nothing but exceptional service from Natalie Quinn.

I really appreciate the way the RPM operates their organization from a business perspective as well as from the personal tenant perspective.

Each listing RPM has is equipped with great details and photos and I loved the self-guided tour option on both of the units I have rented in Laguna Beach. The self-service client portal is fantastic for submitting rent payments, lease document storage, submitting maintenance requests, and just keeping in good communication between the property and the head office.

I used to work at RPM and it was the best job I had. The people who work at RPM are very knowledgeable and kind. They take good care of their employees and customers, and I still keep in touch with a lot of them! Alisha has a great personality! She is always warm and friendly. They have a great team, and I would def. refer customers to them!
