I have dealt with several property management companies in a couple of states where I have owned homes and RPM Coast is by far the best. I have been using them for 6 years so I have experienced some turnover in staff as would be expected. This is why I am amazed that I have never had anything to complain about. You would think that within that time someone wouldn't meet expectations but that hasn't been the case. Every single person I have dealt with is professional, incredibly detailed in their communication and quick to respond to any question. In the event that there's a tenant issue or repair necessary, it is typically taken care of before I am even contacted. Hendy has been the Senior property manager we have been working with for some time now and true to RPM Coast form, he has not disappointed. They are unprofessional when it comes to handling renters. The office staff is very friendly and informative, but their field and home owner reps are lazy. They wont respond to you for days and when they finally do, you get a polite email saying the owner has selected someone else. It took them two weeks to respond to us on our application, when we were one of the first people to apply as well as exceeding their qualifications for renting. I emailed and called multiple times, with hardly any response. I would hear "we are still waiting on the owner." When it turns out they knew the entire time what the owner decided but wanted to keep the application anyway. Here's the best part, after they refunded our application fee and I told them I was really upset with how they handled this whole process...the home we tried to apply for was supposedly not for rent (since they selected...

"Take the money and run" is basically the motto of RPM. The amount of times we've applied and were told (after we paid them) "Oh, there's someone in front of you" was 3. Three times.

Then this gem of a property management company decides to represent a gigantic piece of work that discriminates people based off of their looks. No joke, they not only back this person but did nothing to make it right or give us (the future tenants) any insight. These people are lazy and have zero care in the world unless it's money...which is also strange since we were going to bring in a good amount of out.

Well, whatever. This is to warn anyone that thinks renting from RPM is a good idea (it's not).
