Hello Landlord, Want to get sued, please work with them. I have been a tenant with them for 3 years, they try to charge the tenant for miscellaneous over charges right and left.

They call the maintenance on you without a request and blame you not maintaining the appliances without giving any instructions.

They try to charge you for the carpet cleaning even against the California code after normal wear and tear.

The fail to perform the pre-move out inspection after requesting multiple times.

Well, happy managing guys. See you in court.
