After a month in a property as tenant I’m really looking forward to get at the end of the lease contract, the service and inconveniences response is less than poor by true door management side, I have been sending messages and no reply’s had been received “I have been Ignored”. I don’t have Mail coming in, because negligence of True Door Management, not reporting the address of my rented property, to the San Bernardino County USPS Central office . Not installing A mailbox on the curve of the street, and a couple of issues more.
Very but Very poor customer service, once you signed the lease contract they get ride of you as a client. Think twice before make any deal with this people.
