I’m a property owner who has paid True Door to manage & maintain our rental property for the past 10 years....and they have failed miserably. I absolutely could not rate them lower. They rented our house to a tenant with a poor credit rating & didn’t bother to check his references or even verify his income, & he did $70,000+ damage to our house. They put the electric bill in their name (Continuous Service Agreement) but lied to us about contacting Edison to close the account when we sold the house...& we got stuck with an $1,100 bill. I’ve reached out to Kyle Thompson (one of the owners) to resolve this bill but he still continues to ignore me. The rep assigned to our property, Richard Mills, has been virtually impossible to reach. He never answers my phone calls & I have to email or text to get a return call from him. He is always “in a meeting”. Repairs...
