Work with Andrea she is very easy to work with she is very on top everything. She gets it done right away!

Been weeks and still won’t help us with our electricity that won’t stay on for more than 20 minutes. Multiple messages left over the past few weeks. Very unhelpful. Electricity company says everything looks good going into the house. Seems like a fire hazard to me but they won’t listen

I can't figure out why so many happy reviews?  I have two rental homes and keep getting terrible service.

I current have them managing two homes and can honestly say the only good time is when the property's are rented.  If vacant, they are none responsive and don't follow up.

I have a home that they're managing currently, it's been vacant for 8 weeks and they've hardly done anything in preparation to make it rent ready and not responding to questions lack of work or questions about when the work will be completed.

Phone calls made to the offices are rarely answered, messages rarely returned and when you do reach somebody - they make promises that they can't keep.

If a property is rented, they're more than happy to collect the rent. They are happy collect the rent and fees, however however as soon as there is a problem they hardly...

Brenna Evans was with my household and I through every step of the lease renewal process. She was thorough, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Her communication and kindness was unmatched and so appreciated, thank you to her and her team at TrueDoor!

If you have a house you’re going to rent out - do not use this company.
If you’re renting a house - make sure it’s not managed by this company.

Had Daniel Vasquez come in to inspect my rental and he was very professional. Asked me immediately if there were any maintenance requests and I had a couple small things he took note of. Other than that, quick easy and professional!
