Wow I am so grateful to have found this leasing company!! Mary is so sweet and accommodating, she is also very quick to respond. This is how customer service should be and I think she deserves a raise!!!! It feels good to be taken care of and helped with finding the right fit in these trying times!!!

Bette and Kyle at Truedoor PM helped me manage my Santa Ana, CA rental for a year before I decided to sell the house. Bette was my primary contact and she made everything seamless throughout the key points of getting a tenant in, providing inspection data, conveying communication from the tenant to me, and properly notifying the tenant of move out. She was a great help in navigating my first time renting a property and I definitely recommend Truedoor PM for your rental needs.

Do not do business with this company
They will place anyone in any property with no regard for the consequences of the type of tenant and businesses they place in residential homes.
If you are considering using them to manage your property beware of issues with misinformation provided to property owners regarding the type of tenants they place.
DO NOT CONSIDER TrueDoor for your needs!
