Real Property Management Coast

I have overall been very satisfied with the service and professionalism of TrueDoor Management. I was hesitant at first to take on the responsibility and perhaps headaches of being a property owner with tenants. They made it very seamless and relatively easy. In particular I was very confident with my assigned maintenance representative, Jose Gomez. He was excellent at keeping close communication with us regarding projects and their status. He demonstrated concern for both our issues and those of the tenants. I never had to stress about what was happening. The remainder of the TrueDoor team was likewise excellent. The only reason we are leaving is because we are selling the property. I highly recommend them.

I am disgusted with this property management company. This is just a warning to all property owners. Avoid using this firm to manage your rental property at all cost!

I have tried very hard to communicate with various management team members to get the issue resolved. Unfortunately it has failed.

Here is what happened:

1, Hendy told me that the fence repair cost was $3080 and I needed to pay half of it upfront as the neighbour agreed to split the cost 50:50. I paid, work was completed.

2, Two month + later I found out that they charged me the full $3080! I was so shocked and could not believe it! No body told me anything about it in advance.

3, I asked for a refund as I thought they just made a genuine mistake. They then told me that the neighbour had refused to pay the agreed share so they charged me! I asked why no...

I lease out a property through TruDoor and I appreciate their service. I live out of the area and I can always count on them to take care of any issues that come up quickly and efficiently.

Jose our maintenance coordinator and Carlton the habdy man for TrueDoor are both very helpful and commutative. I appreciate all their help

Devynne is very kind & very helpful. She answers all my questions & went out of her way to help translate everything for my mother as well. She has been making this moving process very easy since we are first time movers. Very thankful & happy shes the one helping my family out.

Jose is a very helpful maintenance coordinator. I have lived at this property for almost a month and every question or issue has been resolved quickly! If i submit a maintenance request I will literally receive an email or a call the next day! Communication is great! Thank you!
