Very easy to work with during the application and rental process. Interacted with multiple members of their team (Frances and Mary) who were fantastic with communication and providing details as needed.

Just got a lease renewal, and this fee was included. Not sure why I, as a tenant, have to pay for any of this:

Technology Fee: $33.00 (1.5% of monthly rent. This covers a portion of the following costs: software, tenant smart phone app, online maintenance requests, cloud storage for lease documents & property inspections, esignature, webchat, self-showings, 24 hour maintenance and emergency line)

Jose Gomez and Carlton on maintenance are awesome though.

HORRIBLE! Do not lease from them. They have A LOT OF FEES. They literally have a $40 “technical fee” just for using the online software to pay rent. These 4 and 5 star ratings are bogus.

Jose Gomez was extremely helpful and friendly while helping solve our appliance problem. Thank you!

Colette was super helpful, friendly, and the gift card was a very nice surprise.

Spoke with Jose with True Door regarding a maintenance issue. Jose quickly resolved the issue to my full satisfaction. He communicated timely during the entire process and kept me informed as to the status along the way.
