Had an unfortunate plumbing problem in a slab foundation rental. TrueDoor's coordination of various contractors was invaluable. TrueDoor, specifically the maintenance coordinator, Jose Gomez, was terrific in dealing directly with my insurance company to get prompt reimbursements for the various work performed. It's never fun to have a plumbing problem but it was far easier with TrueDoor's hard work.

Jose Gomez has been an amazing maintenance coordinator for our rental property. You can't ask for anything better. He is always so responsive to our needs And he is excellent when it comes to coordinating things with our HOA and with various vendors. He took care of all the headaches so I didn’t have to worry about anything Thanks Jose!

If you are looking for a home, this is the best site to use! It is extremely accurate on showing the homes that are ACTUALLY for rent . It is very user friendly. The communication was outstanding, professional and friendly customer service. My Husband and I found a home for our family and our fur babies. Thank Collette, Mary & TrueDoor Property Management.

Very responsive and cooperative. Pretty smooth process for moving documents and move-in.

One slight inconvenience was that move-in time was to be at 6am, but the lockbox prevented move-in until 8am. However, the automated text provided the code at the appropriate time (prior to 8am). It wasn't the biggest issue, but it did affect our moving plans.

Hard-working, bunch, good communication really made my moving experience good. Collette is awesome.

They charge the tenant, which I am not sure is legal. They have an agreement with the landlord, not the tenant, and double dip.

Collete helped make our process incredibly smooth. From applying through moving in, she was available to answer questions whenever they came up.
