We’ve had a great experience so far with TrueDoor. The property was clean, and move in ready. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been professional and answered any questions I had. Collette answered my text at 6:30am on our move in day because we had a mix up with the door code. She answered promptly and we were able to gain access with no other issues.

For the past three years we at Pro West Mechanical have been doing HVAC service calls for True Door Property Management.
I have started off working with Jose Gomez and it has been a pleasure. When a tenant sends in a work order for an HVAC repair Jose the same day sends us a work order. After we complete the work order and send the information to Jose he processes that information to the owner in a very timely manner. We also get the pleasure of working with Jeff Macatangay and Diego Delgado. When tenants contact them, they like Jose process the work orders in a very timely manner. It is a pleasure working with the True Door Property Management staff.

Jose Gomez was our contact at TrueDoor and he has to be one of the best in the business. Whenever there was an issue, all you had to do was either call or access the tenant portal and he responded immediately. He made all the contacts and accommodations for work orders in a timely manner and kept us advised, his follow-thru and follow-up were impeccable it was a pleasure to work with him.

This great and wonderful property management company efficiently delivers service in a very timely manner. Very prompt and systematic. Staff is very accommodating and caring. Truly professional indeed!
