This review is for Daniel V. , my new property manager at TrueDoor PM. Daniel is energetic and willing to help anytime. His willingness makes me feel at ease when I have any concerns about my property. Recently, I didn’t see an item belongs to my condo on the inspection photos. Daniel quickly contacted the tenant and sent over a photo with the item on it. I had other issues, too, which were not in his area of expertise. He rapidly contacted the right team members and had it resolved swiftly. It proves that he cares and likes his job. All the best for you Daniel. You have brought up an additional start rating for TrueDoor.

I had a fantastic experience with Mahir during the leasing process. As this was my first time leasing through a property management company, I alwas initially concerned about a slow and lengthy process. Howver Mahir provided prompt and proactive assistance, addressing all my detailed questions with sincerity. I look forward to a positive experience with the PM team during my stay. Edit: 10/20/24. I have decided not to continue renting my place for personal reasons, but I have to say TrueDoor has been wonderful to work with. They made my life so much easier as a landlord. Professional, responsive, respectful and did a great job keeping up with tenants needs. All I had to do was approve or not. I highly recommend them for your property management company.
