I've had a great experience with TrueDoor Property Management. Jose Gomez has helped me tremendously on multiple occasions regarding work orders for my property. Jose communicates well and keeps me updated on the progress of any work orders or communications from vendors. It's always pleasant to speak to Jose because he is very meticulous and gives helpful advice.

I am a tenant for one of True Door's managed properties. Last year, in 2022, mold was found in our bathroom. The process of getting this remedied was a pain. The individual responsible for overseeing this project from True Door was very tough to deal with. Would only respond if it was with positive news, otherwise, we'd be left to find out the bad news on our own (workers just showed up one morning to close off and work on the bathroom and no advanced notice was given).

This year, mold was found in our kitchen wall. Thankfully this time, the True Door representative was Jose Gomez. Jose was excellent at maintaining communication, no matter how good or bad the news was, as it should be. Working with Jose felt like working with a True Professional.
