I have been especially impressed with Jose in his responsiveness and excellent communication in addressing and resolving maintenance issues with my rental property.
I just wanted to leave another review on a recent incident where TrueDoor management team came through with addressing HOA letter, the entire PM team was prompt and responsive in addressing the issue with the tenant with timely communication and follow up and also closing the loop with HOA to resolve the issue promptly!
