We are fairly new to having property management take care of our house in Orange County, after being absentee landlords for 25 years. We picked TrueDoor because of reviews we read and are very pleased with the results. First, we found we were underselling our rental house by less than half of what the market now is. But more importantly to us, the support we get from TrueDoor is always prompt and directly answers our questions. Our point of contact is "Mahir" and he has completely answered our questions, most of the time on the same day, which is great. He has made our lives much, much easier, as well as given us the confidence that TrueDoor is on top of the rental market and more specifically, the needs we have for our rental house.
