Truedoor is a reliable, efficient, and experienced property management company. Jose is one of my favorite coordinator for our properties. He provides excellent communication and he's always quick on taking care of all the maintenance issues.

The initial requirements on their site was misleading.
It was a classic bait and switch done on me.
I submitted my required documents and then told I was lying and needed to prove I received SSDI and my husband paystubs were denied. I provided them a SSDI benefit letter and was told mine didn’t look legit. I was also told my hubby needed to disclose all his bank accounts he got his income deposited to. Which to me is a violation of my financial privacy.
Mary was unprofessional and intrusive to say the least behaving like I was BUYING the property. If you want everything up front then ask for it upfront, not some disclaimer you can ask for it later. Upon the first email of her notification of these demands , cancelled the entire request to apply. I hadn’t received a background check or credit report and Mary refused to return my $100 application fee. It wasn’t until I...

I am particularly impressed by Jose, who was in maintenance when I started with IPM before change to true door. Jose is more than just a maintenance person but my most trusted person professional judgement and as a person with integrity.

Jose with True Door is amazing! I had an issue in the kitchen and he took the initiative to quote three different suppliers to find the best work at a reasonable cost. He also communicated in my preference to ensure I was satisfied with the work completed. The project was completed in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better project manager.
