I just had my new water softener installed today and I couldn't be happier with the company. It only took Dan about a half hour to install it and he explained everything to me about it afterwards. He is such a friendly and personable young man and so easy to talk to and very informative about the water system. I would recommend him and the company highly to anyone in getting a new water treatment system. After a none so helpful experience with my ex water company Dan was my second opinion and he came over to test the water last evening and installed my new system today. After 17 years of service, the old RainSoft started making funny noises and would not stop. Was told that it would cost more to repair then to buy a new unit. New technology. We have hard water along with rust. Got the price to the best we could and got unit installed. Let’s see if this unit will last 17 years.

Brian was great at showing me what was wrong with my water. I thought my water had a lot of iron in it, it did not. He gave me options for solving my water issues without being pushy to get the most expensive option. Dan was very friendly while installing the system i chose. He explained everything i needed to know and was very helpful with questions i had. Rainsoft has a very friendly team of employees.
