Dale Wells, was our water treatment specialist. He was very punctual for our appointment, which was on a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He walked us through the entire process while being very forthcoming and honest. If we do decide to go with a water softener, we will choose RAIN-SOFT....for all the above reasons, as well as, the politeness and no- pressure sales tactics expressed by both patty and dale!

They were excellent at explaining all of the products and procedures so we could understand everything and the service was outstanding. We have nothing to complain about and are happy with our water. If we need any more service we will gladly call Rain Soft Water Treatment for help.
