We started with the free Home Depot water test and opted into the in home water testing. Brandon Shipman did a great job going through all of the different water tests - very friendly and well spoken. Never felt like he was trying to sell us in anything, but educated us on water test results. We are excited to move forward with investing in a water system for our house. Highly recommend!

The technician was knowledgeable and offered good advice. We were looking for a whole house system. He offered a under the sink for drinking water. It just was not what were were looking for.

We started with just a mail in water test from Home Depot but we were so pleased with how thorough the testing was. Brandon came to our house and did all of the tests right in front of us free of charge. He explained everything he was doing and gave us very useful information about our water. He seemed more focused on making sure we knew about water safety than trying to sell us something which was nice as we are first time home buyers and still figuring out a lot with regards to home ownership. I would definitely recommend Brandon and RainSoft to anyone looking to get information about their water and potential treatment options!
