Our technician was friendly, did not mind my dogs acting and did not mind my dogs acting all crazy. He was knowledgeable and and answered any questions that I had. He worked quickly and my machine is working as it should now.

Rainsoft was good with follow up both after sending the initial sample and scheduling the in home appointment. Our in home tester was very thorogh and friendly. One week later though, I still have not recieved documented info from our results.
