The Rain Soft technician who came and tested our water was very kind and knowledgeable. We learned a lot and he did a good job of explaining Rain Soft products to us. Unfortunately out of our price range at the moment, but certainly seemed like a good product.

Pricey for a device I can get and install myself from Amazon, I enjoy the fact if you go through them they handle install though. They came out to give a water test and I believe that would have been more impactful if they offered a side by side taste test as well. All in all pricey but informative and helpful.

Our sales rep. Was very courteous and patient as we had a lot of questions and discussions about the different types of services rainsoft installed. We have had a conditioner and reverse osmosis system for 6 months and definitely recommend it.
