Very good company the gentleman that came out was professional and honest. Most company's come out and just give you results to buy the system Not Rainsoft they were as real as they can come. Fast and reliable polite service man

I wanted to use a local plumber to install a water conditioning system for our hard well water. When none of them would even answer their phones, I decided to give RainSoft a call. It was the best decision I could've made. We experienced friendly, educational, and professional service with everyone we interacted with.

The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, and she scheduled a water specialist to come to our home within a week to test our water (she could've had them come out the next day, but it didn't work with our schedule).

The water specialist (Nathan D.) was extremely professional and friendly. He tested our water and made recommendations based on the size of our home and what was found in our water. He answered our (many!) questions so we could make an informed decision that we felt good about.

Great customer service

Nathan came to our home on the early side of the time window that was from 9:30-10:30. He was very polite and relaxed when talking with us about the tests. He gave us the numbers and explained what each number meant and what the test was for. "We asked about early on what we wanted to get out of this appointment? If you are interested in moving forward with a system great, I can help with that. If you were on the fence about weather you need something or not I'm not here to pressure you into something. I can let the science do the talking." I respected that he was not there to make a sale but to talk about options and educate us on our house hold water.

Very nice experience over all and if we decide to move forward i will be working with Nathan.
