Dan was the Service Tech that came to determine the source of the leak and repair it. He sent a text message that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He worked for about two hours on finding the leak, checking the condition of the units, checking the operational efficiency of the units, replacing my salt in the water softener and cleaning up the water. He took all the trash with him, explained the bill and even washed his hands after working in the basement! He was pleasant and interested in addressing any other questions. He was one of the best service persons I’ve ever had!

We were so surprised that they could install the water softener the next day. A young man showed up on time and did so much work. He got it all hooked up, explained everything to us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went the extra mile to reroute our outdoor water faucets too.

It was very good experience. Dale was very curious and respectful and knowledgeable.

On September 28, 2022 Mr Dale Wells stopped and tested our home water. He did a throughy analysis and explained every detail to us as he went along. He answered any questions we had as they came up. He was easy to listen to but not pushy. He left a written copy of the analysis results, and also some pricing options. He did a fine job and would reccomend him to anyone. I gave him a 4 star rating which is tops, since I don't believe anyone is perfect in everything.

Loved the free in home water test that Rainsoft was able to provide! They were concise, knowledgeable, friendly, and wonderful teachers. I would recommend!
