Micah didn't have to work on Christmas Eve but chose to when asked if he would. It was my only available day that week and he drove about an hour, one way, to do my install. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and was done in about an hour. The salesman Dale explained all of the test results in a way I could understand and was also knowledgeable, polite and professional. I'm very happy with the entire transaction.

Very professional and courteous. Quick service and gave an indepth explanation of each option then a recommendation on which would be best for us.
Each test was conducted professionally and explained. They answered each of our questions fully and we had a LOT of questions 😅
Payment options were flexible and reasonable and each purchase price was also reasonable.
Overall incredibly helpful and forthright. Hopefully I won't need these services again for quite some time 😅 but if I do I'll definitely be going with them.

We had culligan and they raised their prices and would never return our calls so had rainsoft install a new softener unit and will own the unit Instead of renting from culligan. Will never deal with culligan again.
